ADMISSION GUIDELINES

• Students interested in enrolling in Transitional Kindergarten (TK) must be 4 years old by November 1.
• Students interested in enrolling in Kindergarten must be 5 years old by November 1.
• All students must comply with current California immunizations and health requirements prior to enrollment.

APPLICATION INFORMATION

• Please complete the Application for Entrance Form and return it with the $50 application fee to the Parish Office.
• The Academic/Character Reference Form should be forwarded to the school your child is currently attending.
• Interviews/readiness assessment dates and times are then scheduled with the teacher and/or Ms. Sanchez.
