Erika Fraire is a lifelong Burbank resident dedicated to supporting and strengthening her community. She currently serves as Vice Principal and a First Grade Teacher, where she helps create a structured, welcoming, and supportive environment for faculty, families, and students. In her role as Vice Principal, she works closely with teachers and students by supporting classroom instruction, helping implement school programs, and assists with student guidance and discipline. Erika is a bilingual educator with more than ten years of experience in Catholic education. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Spanish Language and Literature from California State University and an MBA from Woodbury University. She also earned her second master’s degree in Transformative Education from Loyola Marymount University, along with a Bilingual Multiple Subject Teaching Credential. Her work and studies focus on supporting students who are underserved academically and socially while encouraging cultural understanding and inclusion in education. She is committed to helping children grow, succeed, and feel supported while continuing to strengthen her school community. |
